The International Convention Terracotta and Wine 2016 now has a wine shop with wines by producers in amphora from all over the world

On 19 – 20 November, “Fornace Agresti” in Impruneta, Tuscany, will host the 2nd edition “Terracotta and Wine”. Impruneta is one of the most historically traditional areas in Italy for the production of terracotta (in fact the tiles on the roof of Florence Cathedral were made there). The international convention on Winemaking in amphora an ancient practice, becoming increasingly more widespread today, will be a unique opportunity to discover wines made in terracotta from Italy and all over the world.

The main novelties of 2016 (compared to the first edition “Terracotta and Wine 2014”):

  • 40 national and international exhibitors with an additional 10 new stands on the first and second floors of “Fornace Agresti”
  • A wine shop stocked with wines from the international exhibitors
  • A restaurant in the courtyard adjacent to the loggia with access from the same.
  • Opportunity to become a member of the new Cultural Association “Terracotta and Wine” promoter of the event.
