The Dinner of the 24th May, organized by the Association “La terracotta e il vino” at La Bottega di Parigi (via del Terzollina 3R, Florence) will present dishes in combination with amphora wines from three regions of central Italy: Emilia Romagna with Producers Al di Là del Fiume (Marzabotto Tuscany), with Producers Altadonna (Gaiole in Chianti) and with Producers Cirelli (Atri Abruzzo). The Dinner will be an opportunity to discover how these three wine producers make their wines in terracotta amphorae and how the amphora gives wine a special character.
